Oman's Health Ministry promises best health care to nation through establishing a number of hospitals and health centers in all regions of the Sultanate. Al Buraimi hospital was established in 1994 to be a Regional referral Hospital for all the wilayats of Buraimi Governorate (Al Buraimi, Mahdha & Al Sunaynah) to provide secondary health services for the people of the Governorate, which has a population of 100,175. Buraimi Hospital has a total of 150 beds and offers a broad range of in-patient and out-patient medical services.
